Do I need...

I'm buying a LSJ tb from a guy and was wondering if i need the lsj adapter plate to fit onto the 2.4l im. my car is a 2.2l.

IMHO the LSJ TB is too big for the 2.2 unless you have forced induction. And you are going to have to rewire things and get a tune. I don't think it is worth the effort quite honestly.

Lol I already own a trifecta tuner and have the tune on the way. everything is final. and i wont have to rewire anything that's what the adapter is for

Oh, I see. I didn't go to the zzp site. I didn't realize that it came with a wiring harness adapter along with the adapter plate. My bad.

But isn't the harness adapter designed for the 2.4, not the 2.2? Just curious.

it is but he has upgraded his intake manifold to the 2.4 so its a direct bolt up
