Yea? Based on what exactly- a magazine article?? Do you have it installed in your car?? Just how do you know it "works"... curious

Those are J-bodies running "speed density" via MAP sensor and a return type fuel system
We're talking Cobalts here- MAF engine tuning w/ returnless fuel system (so no FMU)
Until you see it on a Cobalt I wouldnt get a nut or anything
(although the magazine article looked promising)

Maybe try using SEARCH there are many dozens of HAHN threads in here
The original poster is talking about stand-alone managment or factory retuning such as HPT, not piggy backs

at the risk of offending you (not my intention) it will work the same on our system. it does not need a return line to work. it operates off a boost computer box that adds fuel when the pressure rises. it dosent need any other input from electronics in the engine bay... well except the injectors wich just syncronizes the firing not the volume or anything. to my knowledge thats how it was explained to me when i played 20 questions with the owner.

None taken
But it's still a secondary fueling system (similar to lots of others) requiring additional injectors and major modifications to mount them. Not what the og. poster was getting at...
The 2.4s have retunes available via Westers and Vector and the 2.0L SS/SC has HPTuners

Where's the love (at that level) for the 2.2?? That was his question.
(Trust me 1/2 knew about Hahn and he knows full well that HPT is "working on" a potential release down the road in the next couple/few months)

I was selected by Hahn to be a beta tester for the Cobalt kit. In speaking with him in person at his shop, he showed how the kit would require a conversion to a return type fuel system.

I'm assuming this would make the kit more expensive?
