Mine engages about 1 1/2 inch off the floor. You can get a adjustable clutch rod.

Try to bleed it from the resivor this time?

Ugh I have this to do this weekend or next and I'm starting to get scared. Never did a clutch before don't even know exactly where to bleed it from. I know there are some how tos. But people say some are wrong? Anyone have a link to a good one I should go off of?

i got my new clutch, flywheel done and it's impressive drove 380 miles one day the next i did 200 miles, went to work and then got home a week later and it was nice and ready for some fun

i see that you went with the same clutch as i did. i went and got the exedy flywheel as well. glad you got everything done. i love my clutch still. and that tranny job in the drive way is a bitch i did it all by hand and even had to lift up the tranny while on my back. its one job i'm not doing again lol

Sounds like some serious leakage.. I'd take it apart make sure everything's where its supposed to be and take your time bleeding it.

Yeah it just started after the last time I bled it...weird...Ima make sure I closed the bleeder valve right

Hey now we would of been done sooner if someone wouldn't have removed unneeded bolts.

I used the stock on but if i had to do it again i wouldnt. im starting to have issues.

get a new slave from gmpartsdirect its cheap!!!!!!!!

when i got this clutch installed i got


new oem flywheel
flywheel bolts
new slave and the clutch and it feels and holds great

from what I know the f23 transmissions dont have an option for an aftermarket tob. I bought a stock on through gm.

There is no aftermarket throw out bearing, F23 or F35.

Replacing when doing a clutch is a must.

Think I found my problem...so it seems the reason I have to pump my clutch is bc of bad bleeder/clutch pumper communication :p gunna have to re-bleed it again, just need to get another bottle of dot4
