Excedy stgII clutch install
yeah, had the flywheel machined...had a machine shop here locally do it for me, $40 was all it cost me...although they were pretty busy so it took a while for them o get to it
im sure if its a tranny shop they either do it in house, or have something set up with an outside company do do it for them...but they should know who can machine a flywheel..its part of working on trannys and clutches

still has air in the line. it like 100x i bleed it.
adjustable rod. zzp rod doesnt fit saturn ion. i have to weld a 3/8'' rop to extend it
use dot 5,1 work with higher temp.

Solution I have no idea, I've heard mixed stories about why it does this but no hard evidence.
I mean it was still kind of hard to get in third but not nearly at bad. Also today I noticed while at stoplight at a slight uphill in first gear with the clutch all of the way to the floor I was rolling very slowly.
sounds like you clutch rod is bent so it's not fully disengaging
bad. my daughter put a wrong key in my ignition switch. then i was not able to take out. key break inside ignition switch. but with a dremel i got it out. but my key doesnt turn anymore. the ignition is kind of lock onto the column.
