Hey guys.

I am tired of the stock exhaust on my 08 cobalt ls 2.2 , and i just bought an intake for it (currently being shipped) but now im pretty broke lol just wondering if there is a way to get some sound out of my exhaust. i want to straight pipe (shop charges $50) and im guessing thatll do it. but im a bit scared itll be a little TOO loud.. here in miami the cops are dicks when ever a car is loud.... anyway , if anyone knows something i can do to my exhaust to make it sound a little better . on the inexpensive side

Swap out the muffler, preferably with an aftermarket cheapo ebay 2.5'' exhaust then just replace the muffler. Whatever you do though don't just strait pipe it, it'll sound like crap, buzzy, raspy and just overall not a nice sound.
