Exhaust Header!! In Need Of Serious Help

I was doing a header exchange to the Cobalt Addiction V1 headers and I was letting my girl take the ten nuts off and the 3 bolts down by the collector. What happened is she did the 10 header nuts first by the engine and than tried doing the other three. Since after she got the 10 nuts off first, there was weight being pushed down onto the collector part where it connects to the down pipe and the last bolt is now stripped in there at an angle. I couldn't tighten or loosen it. She did a number on it. SO I figured well hell Ill just undo the down pipe from the cat and pull it out from the bottom still connected to the collector. I for the life of me can not get the bolts out of the down pipe I tried WD40 and olive oil. Neither worked. Went and bought ramps to drive my car up onto and STILL could not get those bolts out. Is there a trick and am I missing something? Should I try to put all 10 nuts back on the header and straighten the collector part out and put the bolts back through it to see if I can get the one out Im having a problem with? I dont know what to do and my car sounds like a mean ass lawn mower.. Any ideas guys?

Thanks in advance

If the bolts on the DP are rusted get some PB blaster or heat it up with a torch to break the rust that's bonded onto the threads. I would go and get all new Stainless Steel fasteners so if you ever need to change them in the future you don't have to worry about corrosion.
