sc swap issues again

Well since everyone else is having issues I might as well too.

Ever since I put this kit on I randomly get a p0300 missifre detected code, I have narrowed it down to plugs.
a couple weeks ago I had a engine pwr reduced come up with the codes P2135,p0220 and I am sure a p2138 popped up as well. I didn't have any issues before the swap with my PCM, I cleaned my LSJ TB 3 times now, cleaned both the LSJ connector and the connector at the PCM. Re wired my TB wires 4 times all with solder, shrink tube and tubing, I can clear the codes and they will go away and I can drive normal.
Last night it did it again so I cleared them and it worked fine until today it went to limp mode and I barely made it home with it sounding like a helicopter going down the road(pulled over, shut the car off and turned it back on and the noise went away but still in Limp mode)made it home..cleared the codes and it works great again.
What the hell is wrong with it? I heard PCM is the culprit and TB may be the culprit but which one? I tested the TB and it tested fine. I just want to dish the cash for either one and the other is the issue. I'd take it to the dealer but they will just say its like that from the aftermarket tuning(everyone is against it around here for some reason)

i used to throw the p0300 but it was because of my light weight flywheel. but my car never went into limp mode because of it.

YA I know the p0300 doesn't make my car go into limp mode. It pops that code everyday usually.
But I did find out the TSB for the PCM causing these issues. And my build date for the PCM matches the dates on the TSB so I am going to source a PCM for my car and put that in,tune it and see what happens.

bump still trying to figure this out. Found a TSB for these codes that keep coming. Supposedly if the build date of the PCM is between certain dates I should just replace the PCM?? Mine fits right between them but the issue only happens maybe once a month.

I got a random misfire for the first time the other day right after I turned the car on. Cleared it and hasn't came back. I'm starting to question myself and wonder why I decided to do this kinda stuff sometimes.

I would start with the PCM. Also have you run a compression test. I've seen ICMs do something similar and they can be prone to going out over time.

car runs fine otherwise...like before the swap it ran like new. Never had a compression test done but I can do it as I have the testing stuff.
As for milage I have currently 60,000 miles.

Well I did find a clip out of place on the PCM...intake must have rubbed it and it came loose so that might have been my issue. But the car still has random missfires and idle fluctuates sometimes.

is it possibly a tuning issue?

No..Vince at Trifecta tuned it and the logs all look great other then a jitter in my TB every once and awhile. But when it jitters I can't tell. It may be the cause of this but I just don't want to dish the money for a new TB when the PCM crapped out.

I think the P0300 is from the plug gap. Try changing the gap a little to like .38 or something and then .37 and see what happens. That should take care of the misfire as well.

I had the same random reduced engine power code before. I messed with my ECU when I was doing the supercharger build and I don't think I snapped the connector all the way back in. I pushed that back in and it settled down for a while and then it came back about a month ago once on the way home. I recently swapped my throttle body for a new one because I got it powder coated and I haven't had the problem, knock on wood. Chances are, you've got a bad TB, in my opinion.
