Fuel injector splicing

I for the life of me cannot find the thread where you take the stock injector harness and splice in another harness to run ev1 injectors. Only looks like two wires per injector I gotta cut back and solder together and heat wrap. I just don’t want to mess anything up.

All the injectors share a single +12V power source with each individual injector having it's own ground trigger wire. So really only 5 wires to deal with. The neat way to do it would be to run the wires all the way to the connector that connects the injector harness to the main harness. However, this will require about $30-40 extra dollars as you would have to purchase a terminal crimper and some GT 150 female terminals. If you splice in just make sure your new harness runs the same wires to the same injectors your old harness did. I assume you have the harness off an LSJ. All the injectors on that harness will have 1 wire that shares a connection with the other injectors. This wire will connect to the pink wire with the white stripe on your existing harness. This is the +12V power supply. After that just make sure your trigger wires from the new harness ties into the trigger wire for the same injector from the old harness.

They also make wired EV1 to EV6 adpters. I am using some of those now. They clutter things up a bit but work. I will take the time to convert over one day.
