I got a '06 LS and when its at like a quarter of a tank of gas, and i go around a corner, it jumps like it running out of gas. Has anyone had this happen to them? Any ideas how to fix it?

 

the car jumps or the gauge jumps?

 

the car jumps like its about to die or something. i have no idea what it could be...i even have a new fuel pump

 

ive got a 2.2 as well and nothing like that has ever happend to me...
but when i do get to a third of a tank the gauge shoots down quick haha

 

I have never had that problem even at 1/8 of a tank, but I don't drive fast around corners on the gas, the car pushes enough without throttle.

I think that its where the fuel pickup is.

But, if it does it for both hard lefts and rights, I have no idea.

 

a dealer replaced my fuel pump when my aunt bottomed it out on a big rock and then it started doing that...it must be the fuel pump pickup line
