GMPP performance exhaust, i got it...woohoo
So, anywho...after installing it was a lot quieter than i expected although the gains were very evident. More low-end and mid range, but some top end did suffer. Very easy install, maybe a total of 30 mins by myself on a lift at work. But, the only bad thing about the whole deal is tip i got, it was the straight cut design, its very goofy looking and bigger than i expected. I didnt like it at all, and i plan to change it out. Im gonna post up pics here sometime this week of the final product. I recommend this exhaust to anyone who wants decent performance but yet still has a decent tone.

I installed a GMPP touring system w/extruded manifold for a customer of mine a few weeks ago. I can say this system sounds GREAT; nice deep tone at idle and heavy load. Not too loud nor ricey at all, would like to compare it face to face with the Sport version.
I personally witnessed an increase in power the upper RPM range, the same effect as with my own car when I installed my CAI. I do have the benifit of comparision with stock vehicles that are on my lot. IMO, the exhaust looks great, sounds great, adds some gain in perf. (I do feel the muffler IS the biggest restriction, next to the manifold), but wish the system was 2.5in. just for piece of mind and future mods.

And im from houston, texas to the guy that asked...
