Going to the Dyno sat. Any guesses?

Last dyno was 135 at the wheels.

Mods are AEM intake, ZZP SS Shorty header custom welded to fit my 2.2, ZZP 3" downpipe, Magnaflow 2.5" SS exhaust also custom welded to fit my 2.2.

The only difference will be the 2.5" exhaust.

Who wants to make predictions?

3" downpipe may be a bit excessive for a n/a 2.2 imho.

One thing I didn't mention was mine is auto and its a 2005 so it was rated at 145 at the motor.

Also it has 256,000kms on it which is equal to 160,000 miles.

I'm hoping to break the 140 mark. We'll see.

hahah are you serious!?! its a ****** base model cobalt. no one really cares what they put down. if you want a car to make look nice, buy a base. if you want a car you can make fast, but the sc or turbo. and second, threads of "what am i going to put down" are just a shot in the dark. cause no one knows your dyno, no one knows your car, etc. theres just too many variables for it to even be worth it. and you're going to find out what it puts down anyways...so why bother.

No.. Stock injectors are good with full bolt-ons and a tune. No need to go bigger.

Let me critique the OP's car for a second though.. You should have gotten a long-tube header, shortys suck. 3" DP is way too big. Get a 2.4TB and 2.4 intake manifold, along with a tune, and you'd be way better off.

I have both for sale if the OP is interested It'll even fit his '05 since the pin-outs are the same You'll just need that tune to make it work properly.

I got the shorty header and 3" downpipe because I'm supercharging the car one of these days.

I don't need the 2.4L TB and I had the 2.4L intake manifold but didn't like how much bottom end I lost with it so I sold it and went back to stock.
