i've been using the 2.8 pulley for quite sometime now with no problems on mine.
thats about 15 psi here in texas with 100 degree weather. in the winter it'll have maybe 16ish.
installing my devils own meth kit today, and lsj throttle body thanks to gene's diagram.
also putting in 60s so ill have 42 injectors for sale soon.

Ha-Ha. I am running Genuine GM Stage 2 injectors (42's). I cannot do 2.8 or I would be maxxed out... so that is it.

So you've been using the 2.8 with the 42's? If I did that I would have 16PSI I am sure, but then I am pushing it.

i may do this. i figured if i ran the 2.8 with my 42s i'd go lean, but i guess ill give it a try and just watch the wideband and make sure i dont lean out.

Ok, I'm going to ask a stupid question. I can probably find how much or the % that I'm using on my interceptor. Which function is it to view?

Most of us here have pieced together our kits. You can also pick and choose the components you would like and shop for the best price new, or best bargained price used.

If you want to reliable Daily Driver then I would stick with 12psi, If you want something to play with and your not worry about it giving you problems then you can go down to 2.8 with 60s..Im not saying that the guys that are currently running 2.8 pulley with 60's are not reliable, but just like anything more boost you run the more chance of failure you can have.

You'd think that on one of these injector settings on it you could find out. I wonder if I could find out on the Tech 2.

There are a few who are running 13-15 and have had no issues so far.

you and your fancy shmancy tech 2s.
Lemme know what turns up. If its low enough, ill throw on the 2.8, but i have a feeling the only reason haza has such a low IDC is because hes also spraying meth.

Ok, I just posted this in the other thread and probably should have posted here.

My Interceptor manual claims to have IDC but it doesn't. I tried today.

I sent a message to Vince last night to check out my latest logs and he says I am at 76% at 5500 RPM.

I read online that you shouldn't go above 80% (conservative) and some say 85% and 90% is out of the question.

So, the next question is I wonder how much the next size pulley takes up in IDC%. That is the question.
