Get the Vibrant Stainless header and downpipe combo. It'll bolt directly to the stock exhaust. There is a group buy on it now so now's the time to get it!! I have the link in my sig.

than u are going to spend a pretty penny... make sure u dont have SAI... so if u have a 2.0 ur in the clear.. im not 100% sure abou the 2.4 but the 2.2 might have it.. just check for a valve thingy on the top of the stock manifold... intense makes one.. hahn makes one vibrant makes one, and so does jbp...

if u have the 2.2... i think ur only choices are the pacesetter and the gm honed header

Yay for double post, and yay for not looking at the sticky that lists EVERYTHING FOR THE L61 (2.2) motor.

And as far as headers, every cobalt header will fit all models, they all have the exact same exhaust ports.

Its because they're not, its just another header. Except they might not have them anymore, TOG went out early this year

I believe TOG is the name of the company which is "The Other Guy" or something like that but I think they are out of business now. I may be wrong though so if anybody knows for sure feel free to correct me.

Yes TOG is out of business as stated before.

Bolt on, you can get a GM Extruded and Honed exhaust manifold (same gains as a "header")

i'm saving some money so i can get my pacesetter header installed and make a custom downpipe. frankenstein exhaust for the win! pacesetter header...custom downpipe..ss exhaust..magnaflow muffler..

it shouldnt take more than a day to have your header installed with a custom downpipe..probably just as cheap maybe cheaper

i really don't think dissabling the SAI is a big deal. Sure you'll throw a code but i don't think its going to affect anything. IMO its just like taking the cat out, its just an emissions control device
