i cant seem to get the headlight bulb out of my headlight housing, ive got the housing off of the headlight bracket and ive turned the bulb counterclockwise to unlock it just as the owners manual said but bulb will not even budge what am i doing wrong?

 

just give it a little wiggle and push down or pull up....mine did that too, just takes some messing around with cuz sometimes the 3 clip things on them get stuck
