Unplug it...then take out the screws...then screw it into the new pipe...put everything together....make your final tightenings...then plug it back in

aight so after spending alot of time working on it, and not being able to find a 10mm socket to take the last piece of that piece of **** intake out that is tucked behind the bumper, after hrs of tryin to take it off with other tools, finally found a 10mm haha and managed to install the intake comepletly... i also ordered my intake from ebay,, much cheaper, only right under 100$ and the only thing i need to buy is the mini filter for that extra tube i have.. other than that, i took it for a test drive, sounds muchhh deeper tone, and it picks up much quicker.... i cant beleiv that i did it myself too, haha

thanx to everyone for helping out, appreciated! ,,here is the pics..
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...ow/plastic.jpg - all the **** taken out
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...low/intake.jpg - after! i wish the filter was showing, i like the appearance, but then again, the air wudnt really be that cold near the engine,

also i know this is kind of silly, but does the brand name of the intake really make that much of a difference,,, because, it is really just the steal pipe and the filter.... just wondering, because i found mine off of ebay, so just curious

no real difference other than the name. sometimes they will throw a CEL other times they wont. I dunno there really isn't a substantial difference. Except with Injen you can go between CAI and SRI
