Help with an oil temp sensor adapter?

Need an adapter either for one of my 3 alan key plugs in the side of the head or oil pan drain, need to know where to get them.

Google is your friend. They are all over. For the pan I usually weld a fitting for a return. The feed adapters are easier to buy as the plugs are an odd thread IIRC.
