hesitation problems
ok so for the last few weeks i have noticed a slight hesitation problem when letting of the gas around 2k rpms as the rpms keep going down the car feels like its going to dye on me, giving me a slight jolt. now the only things i have done to her is air box mod and i run 89 in it all the time i only have 2,500 miles on the car so far, its a auto 2.2 2008. dose anyone have any ideas what the hell is going on. Or is it very common with all the 2.2's and nothing to worrie about.

it's actually a pretty common problem. I know they've got a tsb and a reflash up for it, but I don't think there's an actual fix for it.

not positive. But personally I think it's a problem with the way the icm funtions. Our icms are more or less just dummies and the actual ignition settings are in the pcm. I think there's some idle control setting or something that conflicts with it.
