About a week ago i took my throttle body off to clean it. took a soft bristled tooth brush and some throttle body cleaner and lightly scrubbed it(spraying it into the cap and dipping the brush in, not soaking the throttle body). ever since my idle has been around 1500 rpm. checked connections and hoses, all are good. unplugged battery for a few hours to reset the ecu and its still high. any ideas??

did you touch or move the flap by hand? if you did you need a new one.
