Hotter plugs?

Hey guys, I took all the nitrous stuff out of my car, and it just feels slow now, lol. I was wondering if putting in hotter plugs would show any increase in performance. Also i was wondering if anyone knew anything about 07 2.2 using bigger or different throttle bodies.

it will help if your plugs are too cold.

as far as the throttle body, you're not moving anywhere near the amount of air to justify a bigger throttle body. if anything, it will probably slow you down.

uve been on here to long to not know the answer to this question...lol...too hot a plug is bad, first what year r u i forgot, if your a 05-06, than careful not to get the bosh's, they have a heat range of 25, hot little devil, they will blow ur ICM...trust me, i lost a ICM to them, and i think hack lost one too, no need to change plug at all unless your f/i, or stroked, until than the stock iridiums are fine

the 07 uses a diffrent throttle, not bigger, just diffrent, they moved where the clip plugsinto, and the bolt now match up the same as a 2.4 ss's TB, so if you got the 2.4 mani the 2.4 tb would bolt in, which i dont recomend as trifeca has shown no gain over a TB swap on N/a

I dont see how the 2.4 throttle body doesnt benefit you. The entire intake system is larger, but my throttle body is the only place it cuts down in size. Evening it all out would definitely help imo

I need to dyno pretty bad, i have full bolt ons and tune including 2.4 TB. It makes a huge difference in throttle response and high end power, feel like a lot of lag down low though.
