Hypothetically....
enough. /thread
but really procharging=
i mean yeah Kyle and the other saturn here have them. but Kyle took his out cause it started rubbing his motor mount and he didn't like that. lol
just get a M62. as said you can get all that you need for around 1500 bucks and you can be like Casey. 265bhp ftw.

that issue is already resolved and fixed but the saturn has more room in the engine bay so that why me and my lover kyle have prochargers
You seem very uninformed. You don't even know what transmission your car has and you don't know what an M62 is. Research the car before making yourself look stupid. All these questions have been asked a million times over and are all over this forum.
You don't know enough about cars in general let alone the cobalt to be considering a procharge build on a 2.2 auto, trust me. The idea alone is quite unpractical when you could make more power for cheaper with alternative FI.
Honestly you'd be better off buying a used SS, then buying a 2.2L and upgrading the brakes, internals and boosting it.
Good luck.

Meh, everyone started somewhere. But yeah, M62 is the supercharger and you can generally find them in the classified for really cheap nowadays. I recommend you start off with an exhaust system and learn from there. There's a lot to it, and I recommend you research some more. If you mess up, you could be replacing your engine.
do what i'm doing.
got my 2.5 exhaust already. gonna work my way to the LSJ dp, then the LSJ headers. then pick me up what i need. can't just jump in the ring with Ali cause you think you can box. same applies for modding. just cause you have money doesn't mean you should just jump straight into forced induction when you didn't even know what an M62 was. no offense.
guys correct me if i'm wrong.

no. the F23 is the manual in the 2.2/2.4 cobalts, and with an upgraded clutch, has seen over 400whp many times. the 4T45e is the auto tranny in the cobalts, and it is rated for 315btq, has currently seen 340wtq, and i expect it to hold strong up to +400wtq as long as its properly tuned and has a tranny cooler
