They are not "motor mounts" they are transmission mounts, the only "motor mounts" would be the ones holding your window motor and your fan.
Benefits: no/reduced wheel hop which reduces the risk of broken axles

I have them on my ls and I love them they make the car vibrate but you will get used to that I helped with the wheel hop BIG time for $60 or so they are the best things I have purchased for the car and they were not hard to install took me like 30 min from start to finish
