Dont think there is much for you to worry about because of no dynosheet. seems legit enough, here is there website www.billmotorsports.com, anywho, i think ur good to go + he has 100% feed back
Alot of people have this intake on their cobalts, me included. I am very happy and havent heard from anyone that isnt. If you buy it, go through the wheel well to install the cai extension. Much easier than bumper.
Here's your dyno sheet for this CAI.

I also have this CAI on my cobalt, extension installed. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Unreal how the car sounds w/ just this installed.

are you serious lol, short ram is just as good but yes it has a cold air extension so you can put it in the front bumper and get water in your engine
(i know people have cai's and dont have problems so dont flame me) i just dont see the point really

and if you're dumb enough to ruin your engine by sucking water in through your CAI you should probably just ride a bike for the rest of your life.
if you don't see a point thats fine, however the concept is simple and works. If I did anything other than a CAI I'd keep the stock airbox and get rid of the stock piping.
