Hey, whats up guys. I just had a my buddy install an injen cold air intake for me. And so far I LOVE it. I have it installed on 2.2 automatic... yeah yeah, i know.

My question is this, my car makes this whistling noise every time I accelerate.

Is that normal?

 

if its what I think you're describing, yes.

 

yes it is. I have the injen intake also and I can hear it whistle every once and awhile

 

I always heard the whistling with my stock intake. Now all i hear is intake and no whistling.

 

i LOVE that sound

 

yeah its fine mine did it stock and it just got mad louder with the intake.

 

i think its the exhaust but im not positive.

 

Alright cool, good to know. I can actually find the "sweet spot" on my gas pedal and keep it whistling. I don't even listen to my cd's anymore I just love hearing the intake.

Thats possible too. I still had the whistle witht he intake and stock exhaust now that i think about it. Until i out on the COrsa.
