Hey guys my interceptor won't power on now. Is the obf powered by the accessory fuse?

 

my obd code reader quit working on my car today, and so did the 12v outlet under the radio. i would assume it is the same fuse. but im not sure what fuse it would be. i looked at the fuse map, and nothing jumped out at me

 

Wel the outlet below the radio died last night that's probably what stopped the obd
