Lifter Adjustment

Ive searched to BFE and back, but can't find an answer to this. Tons of threads about solids and whatnot, but nothing regarding my question.

Is there an adjustment on our lifters? I just disassembled and reassembled my spare head for the first time, and It does not appear that there is an adjustment. I know they are hydraulic, and "self" adjust, but do you need to you twist them to adjust the preload or anything?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm just assembling a head soon and I want to be 100% sure. It all seems too simple haha

Thanks
