What's needed to run an lsj head on a 06 l61? Does it bolt right up? I'm not talking about gaskets I mean, they are pretty much the same head right?

that thread should have the info your looking for and if i recall the only thing that needs to be done to the head is blocking off the last runner for the exhaust camshaft since ours is shorter then the lsj exhaust cam. i think if you dont you will have issues with low oil pressure along with the head vent thing being on the back of the head instead of the front.

 

Thanks. I was just wondering, you tend to see lsj heads come up for sale fairly often but not so many l61's. I was thinking of buying one and porting it. But since I don't have plans for anything crazy ill just skip it lol.
