yea thanks
i wired it in, and my car idled funky and put on engine reduced mode.
so i reset the car, but unplugging the battery for a min.
put it back in, car started great. runs great, no issues.

Is there any benefit to swapping the TB without doing force induction too?

i'd only do it if you were doing a 2.4 mani swap or something.
it would just change your powerband...but i dont know if thats necessary without boost.

OK i was planning on doing the 2.4 manifold swap didnt know if the TB would help as well or not. Eventually I plan on tearing the engine apart and building it up for a turbo but that is still years away lol

Yes it ran fine with the new wiring we did. The first post is wrong. Follow interviews instructions. I have the color coded diagram for a l61 to lsj tb if u have 8 pins

I have a 6 pin (stock) to the TB 8 pin, also on the ZZP harness has black on it.

No. It has a different pattern. You need an adapter plate.
