Depending on the size turbo you could run 12-13, that would have to be a small turbo though... I am talking about a k15 or smaller(think one stock Audi TT Quatro turbo).

Just throw a t3/t04 at about 8psi with a good flowing exhaust and call it a day.

Also, just food for thought, it isnt about PSI, it is about CFM. You could be moving the same CFM on the same turbo at different PSI depending on a lot of factors...

Don't think that's gunna happen, even if you picked up a m62 and went sc and got a great price on a kit with a tune and the gauges you need your going to be over 1500$.... and that's if you get a hell of a deal (trust me I'm doing it right now)

Oh and don't forget you going to need a new clutch as your stocker won't handel that much power, might for a week or 2 if you really baby it but who adds 100 hp to there car and then babies it? Lol

if you pieced together a 03+ saab 9-3 aero turbo kit, you should be able to get away with a $1500 build.

my stock clutch held for 6 months boostead at 250 whp and 210 wtrq.. and then bumping it up 2-3 more psi.. stock clutch will hold if you're smart about getting off the clutch when you shift

and i'll be using stock clutch still when i bump it up to 15 psi shortly
