i took mine to an actual custom exhaust shop .... i don't trust muffler shops like cole or monro muffler that work on everyday passenger cars.

Alright guys, the person i bought the exhaust from wants to trade my stock muffler for his magnaflow he has on his new custom exhaust. He says its too loud for him, i was going to end up going with a magnaflow, but if it was too loud for him i'm wondering if it is one of the race series mufflers. i just don't want to ge something that i'm going to regret because its too loud.

Did you get it from a guy in Wisconsin? There's someone on YC that has a Magnaflow attached to 3" piping on his SS/SC and he wants to trade for a stock muffler...ShinkleMazda is his s/n over there. Just curious if that's who you got yours from because if it is, the reason it's so loud on his car is the 3" piping...it wouldn't be nearly as loud on the LSJ cat-back piping.

Well i installed my lsj exhaust today, and i have to say WOW! I didn't expect to feel a difference but i can. Now i am going to save up for a magnaflow and i'll get that killer sound.
