i have a fart can i will sell you. pm me if interested

to what everyone said bout just gettin a straight piece of pipe to weld in after cuttin the stock one out, you cant do that. the pipe needs a couple of bends in it for the end of the pipe to come out where the cut out for the exhaust is in the bumper.

Seems like everyone beat me to this...DON'T DO IT. Buy a stock SS catback for a better sound, or even an aftermarket catback. But IMO, nothing beats the stock note of the SS

Dude as said a million times dont do it. When I was getting my exhaust done the guy revved it up for me when all there was was a cat on there and it sounded like pure ******* ass.. PLEASE for the sake of all the other cobalts dont do it..

As said above go out and get you a cheap magnaflow or flowmaster or something like that.. will probably be under 200 bucks installed

as harsh as this thread has been on you...their right, it would classify you as ricer if you followed through with it ... but you havnt yet.....right?!?!?!
and because you apparently didnt read my previous post in your thread...here let me help...https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/parts-66/wtb-stock-ss-catback-155632/
...theres two you can prolly get for under a hundred shipped...throw a price at them and see what they say..it seriously sounds way more betterer than you would think a stock exhaust should...

I purchased a muffler like this. It was the Thursh muffler mentioned earlier in the thread.

http://www.streetsideauto.com/produc...NON&Reset=True

It's a Dynomax Super Turbo Flow muffler. Save another $50 and you can have the whole system put on for like $200.

Like adviced, just go to an exhaust shop. They can weld it up in like 10 minutes and they shouldn't charge too much for just the welds.

Depends on where you go. Do some shopping.

One shop went from $15 a muffler to $80 a muffler. But I traveled 40 minutes($5 bucks in gas) and found one for $40 a muffler.
