My car doesn't like e85? or is my tune bad?

Well I got my E85 tune on Thursday and uploaded it after work. I had a completely empty tank. My car was running fine and then all of a sudden it just died. I let it sit for like 10 minutes and it started back up no problem. Then, yesterday I took my car to work and it died going into the parking lot. I had my fiance bring me some e85 cuz my car said low fuel on the way to work. It got it to start on my lunch break and drove it around for a while and it was all good. Today I replaced the injector seals cuz one of them had a broken O ring and I was just driving it and it died again! I pulled the spark plugs out and they were white on the tips. I put my crappy auto lites back in and it started up but it died before I could go anywhere. I scanned the codes and it said cooling fan 1 relay circuit or something along those lines so i put the rear defog relay in it's place and it started up again but died within 10 seconds. Is there a problem with my tune or is it something mechanical? Right now I only have one car between me and my fiance and we don't work at the same time so I really need to get my car started! What's wrong!?!?
Thanks in advance,
Jarrod

switch back to regular gas/tune and see if the problem still occurs

I've gotten it to start again but it only stays running for 10 seconds. I'm now getting codes for all 4 injector control circuits. Vince looked it up in the gm service manuals and says it sounds like an intermittent problem with the 12V source to the injectors. Where should I start to find the problem?
