Need Help Installing GMPP Intake.

I have breezed through the entire install until I get to the throttle body area. The kit requires that you need to slip a gasket over the throttle body so that it can see the slits of the plastic elbow properly. However, whenever I try to put the elbow over the throttle body the thing keeps sliding down making it tough to finish everything up.

What is the easy way to get the plastic elbow on without that gasket moving? I'm literally about to pull my hair( very short hair at that) over this.

Thanks.

Put the gasket around the throttle body. As you put the elbow over it, twist it back and forth and it should go right on. You can also try holding the gasket in place with one hand while installing the elbo with the other. Don't tighten the clamp at all until you have it where you want it.

Ok, I tried doing that today and it's just not going on at all.

I'm going to try and get a new gasket and report back. Does anyone know the part number or size?

I don't know why I'm having so much trouble. I had everything else done in under 15 mins till I got to the throttle body area. I'll figure it out eventually I suppose.
