Need muffler help

So yeah. Decided to just rice this bitch out since no matter what I do performance wont make it fast but yeah just looking for a good sounding muffler. Would that work though just slapping an aftermarket fart can on my stock exhaust.

Does anyone know all the measurements and **** offsets and what not for stock 05 cobalt n/a?

I dont want to spend 500$ on a new exhaust so I figured I would just get a good muffler and maybe a tip and tint windows and call it good.

Also what are some good mufflers? I know flowmaster is well known but I want one that sounds good lol. Please help.

Magnaflow sounds better than flowmaster IMHO.Just go to an exhaust shop and get a catback done.I had my own muffler and it only cost me like 160.But im using a "fart can"

The diameter is super small like 1 3/4 if you want any perf gain at all I suggest a cat back to 2 1/4 or 2 1/2.It will be worth it

Not getting a new exhaust. Muffler only unless the exhaust is cheap. But yeah 1.75 in and out aight. Also not looking for performance only sound. Would I have to get a new exhaust if I wanted like a 2.5 inch muffler?
