New O2 sensor, still getting code

Even since ive owned the car, I have not been able to get this code to go away. Tried 2 different O2 sensors, still always get P0130.

Factory manifold/exhaust. Checked the connectors, all the pins are perfect, even took the connectors apart. Checked ALL of my fuses, WTH is going on!!! Haha! I didnt use a OEM sensor when I replaced it, could that seriously be the problem. Im going nuts!!!!

These cars can be picky on the brand and I believe it takes 30 heat cycles for the car to learn that the issues be fixed.
