Obx Header

alright so i just installed my 4-1 obx header dp combo on my 07 cobalt..there was a couple of little modification that had to be made on the flange that bolts to the block but other than that it went on fairly easy... the only problem im having is that when i accelerate i hear a tinking sound... but only wen i accelerate.. i thought it might be the gasket but it was fine... has anyone else incountered this problem ??? im about to start bottle feeding this bad boy but wanna solve this problem first.. thanx

Under acceleration, your motor moves witch can caus ethe exhaust hit off the floor, firewall, heat sheild, and the rear axel, check the clearance, and while the car is in the air get a friend to rev it for you and see if it happens then

na i check every night after i come home from work no leaking and coolant is still full... i guess ima get under neath her to see if the vibration is coming from the heater core line hitting the header

I beat my line..2 Gita from a 1/2" drive rachet and it was good, it's a hard line u can hit it to move it over, I've done it to 3 other cobalts already...no harm as long as u do it right
