well i just purchased the catless obx header and downpipe from a member

will i notice a difference on my 2.2 with a catback and intake?

ive heard mixed opinions on install on the 2.2s..... but i know it has been done before on a 2.2 so i should be good?

you do not have a catless header, but a header and a catless dp
should sound better, but to each his own on opinions
