oil in inlet manifold!

hello, have converted my 2.2 to have a supercharger, just changed a standard lsj inlet manifold to a ported one and noticed alot of oil in it! does anyone know what this could be?!

Are you sure it is oil and not coolant?


You probably need a catchcan on the hose running from the valvecover to the intake.

Noticed there was a french guy on here to trying to buy parts in broken english. He could just have migrated here though.

It's from the breather line going from your valve-cover -> intake throw a catch can in that line and you'll no longer have that problem

It's 'normal' unfortunately. A catch-can is really your only option, stop the oil from the PCV system from getting into the intake tract.
