Is the Pacesetter header CARB legal?

Trying to find out if the Pacesetter header for the 2.2 is CARB legal. I saw on the Gravana site that the 2.0 one is and it shows an Executive Order number for it so I assume that the one for the 2.2 is also but they don't show an Executive Order number for it.
Anyone know for sure?

Don't quote me on this, but how would a header not be CARB legal? It's not really an emissions device. I could see how a downpipe/intake/SAI system could violate CARB if its changing emissions, but afaik a header is just a vessel allowing the air to flow out of it.

In California your car could get impounded for a cone filter. Their emissions laws are INSANE!

Just called them and they said it doesn't have an executive order number. I don't get why the LSJ one would have one but not the L61? Bullshit...maybe I can just lie to the tester and tell him it's the 2.0 header.

Just order a 2.2L header kit from us, then call up pacesetter and ask for the CARB exempt tag for the 2.0L to show the tester...
