The pacesetter for the Cobalt is 4-1 and we have the painted in stock. Ceramic in a couple days...

The 4-1 has a better top end, but looses a bit off the bottom end.
The 4-2-1 doesnt have quite the HP top end but holds a better mid range power.

Being the Ecotec's have a great deal of torque and lack on top end we always suggest the 4-1 style.

Also at this time I think there are only 4-1 style out there.

There is a picture of the Cobalt 2.2L header on the Turbo Tech Racing website, that is the actual product.

Honestly, on the 2.2L ecotec cavalier I had, I didnt feel any low end loss at all, it did seem to pull a lot harder on top end. That header was a great Mod for the money.

It is hard to say as the actual header design has a lot to do with it. I would guess a similar made 4-1 may show 2-3 more HP on top end, than the 4-2-1 would.

I am currently waiting for the borla cat-back system from Gravana before I install the pacesetter header on my balt. I got the armor coat version from Gravana and I plan to dyno after the installation of the exhaust and header. As always, will let you guys know the results...

Let me know sometime cuz we are both working on seperate mods right now and when we get to a stage where we are happy and have a few things different than the last time we met, well prolly meet up again. Also id like to see your header and exhaust setup when you get that done cuz im planning on going that route as well.....cool man lata

Ceramic and painted pacesetter headers are now in stock.... Email us for 5% discount code on the ceramic. This header will only fit the 2.2L engine.
