What sensor do i need? I heard you need the one in the rear for the car to run? and the front one yo udont need.
you need the front o2.. the rear one isn't needed but will throw a cat inefficiency code.. that can be turned off via tuning, however if you're going to use a wideband you'll need another one before the cat

Front one is absolutely necessary for A/F purposes. Rear one can be taken out.

Be smart and weld 2 O2 bungs, that way you can have one for factory computer and the other can be for wideband if you ever decide to get one.

you talking about me :p i lov my iphone hahahah they just cant SMS, or do anything flash based :p

yeah i didnt think you ment a t25 flange flange as t25 the gt horizotal type, if you can bolt it up the position of the turbo wont matter, but the oil drain is gravity based, so it the line must be facing downards, and the water doesnt matter, the dp is being custom made so u should have a issue with that, the piping either, just make sure oil can come in and out fine and you can mount it any position you want

Tell me how it goes with that plug. If you struggle with it just use a T-40.

Post lots of pics once you get it done. Do you have an intercooler?

If you need help routing it I can show you how I did mine. Even if it's somewhat impossible to do.

Yeah, the only thing that got mine out was a T-40 star bit. Go to oreilley's and get the pack for like $13, or you could just buy just the T-40 size if you see it. It worked wonderfully.

You're not gonna find a size 7 allen key, they just don't make them.

Yeah, make sure you don't get any of that insulation from the firewall on you. When I was working around back there I got a major case of insulation burn, and it sucked for a couple of days. My turbo almost didn't fit behind the firewall, even after I removed the insulation. There's not a lot of room back there, I had to rotate it.

Mine is getting there, very slowly though. How about injectors, what are you going with?

ill get some gloves and an old long sleeve shirt. that should take care of that problem. i appreciate the heads up. cause i would have went straight into cuttin it out if my turbo didnt fit then wonder why my skin had a burning sensation lol

my turbo is a eclipse turbo. T25 i believe so i dont think ill have clearance issues - cross my fingers -
