Have you tried driving in I or low yet? It makes a HUGE difference in the performance of the auto. I also have the RSM lightweight pulley, so it helps the car rev a little faster. I have the alternator pulley I bought off of a member on here, but I still haven't put it on yet.

This is a thread on it from the site...

I paid $150 when I bought mine, and now I see it is only $40.

RSM was bought out by z-spec, so they are probably limited to their stock on hand.

It is the same size as stock, only lightened.

I've had mine in since June of '06 with no problems so far.

I've heard good and bad on these, like it can cause vibrations and premature engine wear, but we also have twin balance shafts to reduce vibrations.

I guess just use it at your own risk....

Still need a little driver mod before i hit the track too
my header is on the way here and i will be buyin a dp soon after. i would love to get this thing in to the mid 15s before i go any further. even tho i live in southeast texas the winter is starting to go away so i will not have the cold weather i would like to have. so i may have to wait till the fall before i get the times i want....

as far as the manifold swap goes it is by FAR the best mod i have done to my car performance wise. i really recomend it to anyone who is thinkin bout it.

as far as times before i was running with the manifold i was puttin up some constant 16.5s trapping around 83-84mph. after the swap i went back and my times dropped to 16.4 at 86-87mph. so there is a def improvement if you run the quarter mile with this mod

and remember..... i have an 07. i have heard of the 05-06s not gettin the gains that the 07-08s are. think about that when deciding on the swap.

I am not sure, you do have a 2.2 right? This is a 2.4 manifold and its made out of plastic.

Both the 2.2 and the 2.4 manifolds are made from plastic. The 2.4 has a larger plenum and larger runners which pushes the powerband higher. If you are looking for an aluminum intake manifold, be prepared to pay alot. Low to mid boost applications are just fine with the plastic manifolds.
