Hi, i actually just joined because ive used this site about questions before, but i wasnt sure that this question has been answered, so... here we go.

I have a 2.2L 2008 cobalt coupe, and i have the gm catback installed... for some god forsaken reason i have california emissions on my car (even though i live in jersey) i want to add something to my car to make it somewhat faster, i was thinking turbo or sc but i dont think that its possible to get a street legal one for CA emissions..... anyone have any ideas?
