Racing a Truck

What do u think would win. our 2.2 that weights 2700. or a78 truck with a 5.0 rated at 200 hp and 320 torque but weighs in at 5000. Oh truck is auto and 2.2 stick

truck as better torque for its weight... it might be close... mods on the 2.2?
