so what year saab would it have to be? and what gains would i get from a non plastic manifold if any, i know its needed to run higher boost, but can it give better hp like the 2.4 one does? i have a friend w/a 2.2 eco cavi and he has it, but he's boosted so we cant really do a good comparasin...anybody know? and once more what year saab? so i can hit up a local junkyard and find one

 

good luck finding it in a junkyard cuz its from a 2003+ saab 93 turbo. Honestly you will lose power if you go with it anyways because it has short runners which is bad for torque.

 

oh ic, i was asking cuz my friend witht he turbo 2.2 said he felt better throttle response...but he has a cavi

yeah but you cant buy it new. its on backorder for the whole US. unless you find it in a junkyard i dont think your gonna get it any time soon. =(

 

^^^that sucks...well i gave up on it anyway, i'll just get the 2.4 one instead, that oen isproven more hp in the upper end
