Can anyone tell me the years of the Saab 9-3 is comparable with our L61 cars? I just picked up one off a 2001 Saab 9-3 and I was wondering if it will bolt up. Let me know!!!

Well considering I said turbo manifold in my last post....exhaust.

 

well i put a saab intake turbo manifold on my car...

yes it will fit but it won't line up exactly

 

The one I picked up is off a 2001 9-3

what do you want to do? it will bolt up but the flanges and gaskets won't line up and it will leak

 

There's no way to get around it is there? I guess I should return it then? So what years will fit?

 

its not that it won't fit exactly, its like putting an LSJ intake manifold on an L61, it will fit but not perfectly, I had to grind part of the intake manifold off to get it to fit onto the block. This will fit mechanically and you can use it as an exhaust manifold for a turbo setup but its gonna take some fabrication, possibly some welding, i'm not positive

ok????????? that looks like a non turbo manifold, now go sit that up against your exhaust runners and see how it looks
