Look at my mods I have the CAI/Header/Dp/2.4 Intake Mani and Tune for 92 Oct.
I would say I got about 7 to 12 Hp after the tune
Before was around 150 WHP
After the Tune I ass-sume it's around 157 to 160 WHP
It was worth $275 IMO
I'd say I'll be pretty well dead on your numbers then. The only difference is my high-flow cat VS your lsj cat....but then your tuned for 92 and ill only be 91...should be pretty darn close. High 150 to low 160 WHP would be well worth it.

Is Trifecta the only tuning software available for the 2.2?
Also how do I contact Vince, and I assume this is a plug and play tune.

Without going standalone, Trifecta is the only tune available for the 2.2

It's a custom canned tune...heh. It comes standard and then Vince can customize it to meet your requests. You need to order it through Clear Image Automotive...they are the distributor for the Cobalt tune and they are a supporting vendor here on CSS. I had a few questions to ask Vince directly before ordering the tune from Clear Image....I got his email address from the Trifecta Performance website.

you're going to pay $300+ for a tune but you're worried about an extra $3.00/tank?

I will never understand some of the people on this forum...

I am going to get the speed governor removed and get it tuned for the 2.4 intake manifold. I'm also going to have the automatic transmission tuned as well so I won't have to use the b&m shiftplus.

What other requests are people making...especially anything auto tranny specific....

Will going to a higher octane be beneficial? I'm thinking maybe of bumping it to 90 or 91...

After I got the Tune I gave up looking what the gas price was
Here in Vancouver, Canada it's $1.47 per Litre for Regular
I just put $50 of 92 Octane and move on

Exactly the same with people who buy the ss/sc and put regular in it. Their is also already a thread about a ss/tc owner thinking about using reg over premium.

the advanced timing in his tuning requires higher octane to keep detonation in check

i'm sure he can come up with a more conservative tune but they're intended to be performance related not economy related so he tries to get all he can out of it safely and that requires higher octane.

Did you get the one I just sent you the other day? The last message I have from you is from 2 weeks ago.

If you replied to the one I just sent you a day or so ago, could you send it again?

Thanks, man.
