So I buy a used Cobalt Vac/Boost gauge on ebay and what I get in the mail is this piece of **** damaged unit someone cut the mounting screws off of. Well that was not mentioned in the sell ad. When you start hacking at **** you ruin the value. If he was really gonna pawn that bullshit off he shoulda run a better price then $15 off the price of a new one.

I paid 59.95 shipped and we already exchanged messages. He offered to take it back and said everyone cuts em off anyway. I had the same gauge when I went turbo and I never cut a ******* thing off any of my gauges.

I love my cobalt and when I was boosted seeing that blue glow and the Cobalt tag just did it for me. I really wouldn't use any other boost gauge in my cobalt for that very reason. Pretty lame I know but it's how I roll.

I almost got all cobalt series gauges, I actually have an unused EGT if you want it, I'd let it go cheap.

Problem is they aren't the best gauges, so I ended up getting Defi's (EGT, boost and oil pressure), an Innovative wideband and an interceptor.

Well The kit from SSfamily wagon came in. Looks pretty good but I'm not digging the painted tb. It's a nasty ass red....gonna have to keep the hood shut tight. Still waiting on the 60's, inj harness, h/e brackets, lsj dampner and tune.

How cheap?
Why don't you like them, I love my Cobalt gauges.

I got DEFI gauges it's just sitting in the box, make an offer, some of their mechanical gauges don't even read zero when off, not to mention they are overpriced for their wideband. A vendor just recommended I didn't use them and they charge so much I got Defi's for almost the same price.

Looking good so far. The install now requires new plugs, inj harness and tune. Won't be long now.

Had a sit down with my racecar driving neighbor and we're gonna fab up some mounting brackets for my Opt B reservoir.

Had another gauge snafu. When the sealed "6107" got here I quickly realized the pics posted were deceiving as ****. The damn thing was not mech it was elec and therefore not a "6107"! ************! Sent back immediately and I'm highly pissed off. Not autometers fault but I'm looking for something else. The Defi brand looks like a cross between Glowshits look and Autometers reliablity. Lol. I hate all that tinted ****, so that ain't happening.

Well the gauge was really a 6103 and at the price that really didn't bother me. The fact that it wasn't even the 6103 was what ultimately pissed me off. Jest of it being 6107 and 6103 are mech.
