lol you know how i am, it dont take much to get my goat. lol. beside's, Frank said it will be fine since i wasnt staying on it and reving the engine up to its new park/neutral rev limiter. I was really hoping that the camera would have gotten the blow off valve too but the turbo drown it out

i have it set for 10psi till my CV axels get installed, i might go to 15 depending on what im making at 10psi

oh and after you guys said im going to brake the turbo, i found another t60-1 hifi w/ ceramic ball bearings for 499 + shipping so it wont be much to replace it when it brakes

unless youre dumping the clutch with slicks you dont need new axles to up the boost. Some of these guys are pushing 400+ on stock axles no problem...

you could've bought a turbo whistler for 20 bux and installed it yourself and had the same noise and then just kept your 125 progressive shot

nahh, it was too hard on the axels because it wasnt a progressive shot... it was a window switch with multi gear lock out...

in first gear from 3,000 to 6,200 rpms it was on a 50hp dry shot, it sut off at 6,200 rpms... then when it shifted into second at 4,200rpms it shot the 50hp dry and 75hp wet at the same time untill it hit 6,200rpms and then it would shut them both off again and then after it shifted into 3rd gear it would turn them both back on again at 4,200rpms... oh and it worked in conjunction w/ WOT, i had to be at WOT or the nitrous wouldnt active

they ran out of that particular fitting and was in the process of restocking it when DTP ordered it.... Vulcans supply shipped it to the wrong address so Vulcan had to re-order more and they are going to overnight it at no extra charge to us as soon as they get it. They expect it to be at Vulcan turbo today and overnight it to us tomorrow and will be here thursday, friday at the latest

if you get screwed out of that fitting again, its real easy to make one.

no sense in haveing any un-needed delays for a part that can be easily fabricated.

its hard to fabricate something that doesnt exsist in the state of Virginia. I went from Autozone, to advance, to napa, to granger and even a few machine shops. No one has a M12x1.75 bolt that could be drilled and tapped for a 1/8" fitting, the closest thing i could find to Virginia was in PA and im not about to make a 6 hour trip on motorcycle to get that fitting. And if someone here was to mail me one it would arrive at the same time as the one from vulcan turbo... if i get hosed over again i dont know what im going to do

man that shop is charging a rediculous amount of labor on this install! it shouldn't be as much as the turbo kit

you might as well have just told them what you want and have them fabricate it from scratch instead of spending 3K on a "kit" that needs mods.

i have the needed bolt if you have the simple AN fitting.

i can drill it and make it ready for welding and just over night it to you or somethin.

and you wouldn't tap the bolt, you would weld the fitting into the recess i drill into the bolt.

that is, if you get hosed again.

the adapter fitting, doesn't not exist in the required thread type, size, and pitch...thus why i'm wondering if vulcon(s?) has the proper piece.

it was an an-4 that was used in the sts kit (exact same size that was used on my nitrous set up)
