is there a cat for 2.2 w/o CEL

i basically just want alittle more noise without spending over 100 bucks im not trying to put anymore money into my car i have the primary cat and the second 02 sensor still sitting factory.
i have 2 1/4 pipe back with a magnaflow exhaust its 2.5 in and 2.5 out nothing crazy. im just trying to figure if i could go about any way of just making it alittle louder because its not loud at all.. ive heard people say get a header but then some poeple said you need a tune and i really dont want to spend big money just to have a decent sound idk. any ideas are welcome and if you think its best just to let it be id also still like feedback thanks.

You should definitely get a header and downpipe. I know you are not looking to spend a lot but you should look at the ZZP long tube combo. I got mine last August and ran it with the high flow cat for several months without ever having a CEL.

If you plan on staying N/A then get the midlength. High flow cat gave me CEL every so often.

^ if your a 5 speed get a used LSJ header or DP, they are larger, and can be had super cheap. that would do the trick without rasp.

Just to clear something up, you don't need a tune if you get a header. Hell my car is fully bolted without a tune. Just be sure to disconnect the negative battery cable for a while, then start your car and let it idle. This is, "Learn mode."
