Hey being lazy and not searching... where can we order the tuning for the 2.2s from??
i went to trifecta website and says nothing of our cars.. i know there is probably a post of this somewhere but im really really lazy haha.. thanks

How bad will the car run if I install the tune before the 2.4TB with the tune setup for it?

It will be nice when the 07 tune comes out, but now that i have a 2nd money pit (mustang) i probably won't get a tune right away. Cuz i need a new transmission for the stang, then i have some heads i want to buy, and an intake mani and cam then i will come back to the cobalt and get the 2.4 intake mani, maybe the tb that goes with it (if vince can tune for that) and a couple other goodies. This is how ever exciting news, lately i have been having fun beating up on stuff at the local drag strips with the balt

It will run normal because i ran into the same problem. I called Vince from trifecta and he said that it would be fine to do. I'm still waiting for my 2.4tb and running like a champ.

 

Well lets see

didn't the 2.4 Intake manifold tester get roughly 150 and he didn't have a tune or 2.4TB

Also NWAE that was the first trifecta tuned cobalt got 145whp without 2.4 TB or intake manifold.

So i think high 150's or a 160 is possible

 

you should be seeing something around 165 i'll wager....hopefully i can get my tune over here sometime soon....
